Lester vs. Donner (Superman II)

So I just read this article about the Donner version of Superman II: http://www.aintitcool.com/node/30638

So Donner added a bunch more Brando for the sake of Brando, who is clearly overrated. He changed the scene order to make it so that Superman has sex with Lois while he still has his powers, which ruins the point of him giving up his powers. And the worst of all... they replace the lame kiss of forgetfulness with the even lamer time rewind trick from Superman I. A bunch or recycled music and footage that is played to death ruins this movie. I think I will stick with my Lester version of Superman II and pretend this lame version does not exist.

You just said that Brando is overrated. You sir, just lost all credibility with me. Your costume from Halloween is the only thing holding me back from siccing Sandstone on your Brando-hatin' butt. ha haha

Seriously, I'm still going to do my best to watch that version of Supes II.

Have you watched it, or just read the description at aintitcool?

I think the Donner Cut is closer to how the movie was originally envisioned. Not that thats a good thing, Luke Skywalker was going to be a dwarf.
