Not exactly, police academy at least had a script, or a semblance of one. Reno is shot more like a blair witch, where only the key plot elements were hashed out and all the dialouge is improv.

you know whats crazy reno 911 was originally supposed to be the tv version of supertroopers. several lawyers and producers later its in Reno and different people are the cast. still love that show though movie looks awsome

true, true. i meant in the sense they both involve cops going to a cop convention in Miami and then “saving” the day while foiling a terrorist plot.

This trailer is amazing i mean i love the show and i see they havent from what ive seen changed anything to make it more hollywood friendly which is awesome other than south park this is probaby the best comedy central show on right now
