He is certainly an internet superstar though.

I heard he died from complications after a car accident. I don't know if I ever believed he had tourettes.

Was just going to come say he died. See I've been beaten to the punch. I never believed he had tourettes at first (still not sure I do), but for some reason I find it more believalbe post-death. The fact that his secret never came out, and people still update the site, etc. Perhaps I'm just a sap.

I'm a big fan of his. I hope he isn't dead, and part of me thinks it is a joke. But there is no evidence of him being alive as far as I know.

From his website (http://www.tourettesguy.com/home.html):After a big ass break, we finally decided to get our asses in gear and get the site back up and running again. When the last server went down we lost the entire site, so we had to rebuild from scratch.

We'd like to send out a big thank you to all the TG fans that keep coming back to the site, even with all the problems we've had keeping things going.

Although there will not be any more footage of Danny due to his passing, we will be adding more content and functionality to the site over the winter. We will finally be adding a fan submission section, a soundboard section and will be posting the clips in hi-res.
The website also says a lot of his behavior was from excessive drinking and whatnot, and didn't really reflect the symptoms most tourettes patients have. So yeah, faking a bit, I guess. I'd call it more "false advertising".

well he did have mild to severe tourettes as the website claims, drinking just added to that, and really, he did died, due to complications from a car accident, some of that stuff that was taped was over the top, however, some of it was actual raw footage as well...

Other than his personal website saying so. Even if he isn't alive (God knows why he would lie about that, and not just stop making videos) I'm guessing he doesn't want to do a show.
