Anyone have any ideas as to who the last Cylon could be? I was thinking Gaeta or Roslin but I am starting to question it. I was able to GUESS the other 4 but we will see how my intuitions hold up here.

I think Gaeta being a cylon is to small of a reveal. It needs to be Lee, Roslin, Bill Adama, or Gaius for me to be blown away. If there not going to go big then why go at all. Its the end of the series, I dont want a cop out.

I'm thinking its Laura, or its Zack. Lee's dead brother...

I'm thinking Laura as well. I was expecting her to be one of the revealed ones at the end of the last season...I'm still thinking she's a Cylon.

I had this stupid/weird/fun theory of Gaius being the last cylon.
I started because I was thinking about how lame it would be if Gaius actually ended up being a Cylon. Then I started thinking about how it would be interesting.
It doesn't really make too much sense, but I was thinking about when they reach Earth if they would reach our dimension of Earth. Like...this audience who watches the show lives now. And they show up at about the time where Jesus was around.
They're totally making Gaius out to be a Jesus figure.
Maybe he is Jesus.
And the secrets to his resurrection is just him being a Cylon.

So many possibilities and we are only an episode in. I am really liking the idea that Zack might be one. I am also kinda leaning towards Starbuck. I also completely agree with the idea that Gaius has been built up as a Christ-like figure (willing to sacrifice himself, long hair with beard covered in the towel, etc.)

Moore has stated that the 12th Cylon is not one of the major characters, which includes Baltar, Roslin, Starbuck, or the Adamas.
I'm thinking it will be Lee's wife, Dee.

When did Moore state this? Was it in one of the podcast? If this is the case then my intuition tells me its going to be Saul's wife, Helen.
It's quite possible that she resurrected on a basestar and was maybe responsible for recalling the attack that happened in the season opener. Who knows. I like to speculate. =D

I'm of the mind that it's Zack, particularly if it's not Starbuck. Though I still say she's the first hybrid. :D
Who else felt horrible for poor Anders when Starbuck said what she said to him? :(

Just thinking about the last Cylon now, makes me realise that if it is anyone other than Gaius, i KNOW i will be dissapointed :(
Also, i hate tai, so the sooner he figures he is too much of a threat to the battlestar, and shoots himself in the head, the better. I hope the chief doesn't though :( He is in my top 3 favourite characters.

I don't understand why they would do that to us though; Zack has only been mentioned from time to time and their is no tactical or spiritual reason why the cylons would do that.

Maybe not the 7, but the original creators obviously knew more than they know now.

Hey, I'm just throwing it out there I'm leaning more towards Laura... but... what a mind frack it would be... Starbuck's dead ex... and her current husband... both Cylons....
