another great episode from bert monroy - he's been a real pleasure to watch. i just wish i had a wacom tablet at home because he makes everything look a lot easier on it, as apposed to using a mouse. keep up the good work rev3 people, fun fun series.

I totally agree. Who knows; maybe Santa will be gracious enough to leave one or both of us a tablet this year ;)

Shows how little I know and really play around with Photoshop. I didn't know you could select a layer style that's applied to a layer and make it its own layer.

Then again I didn't really know about the layer clipping group until one of the previous episodes.

Great show as always. Keep it up Bert.

There hasn't been one episode that I haven't learned something. I did predict the inner glow but the seperating of the layer styles and brush modding was new to me. Great Show.

I love this pod cast. I've watched them all and have learned something from each episode! I particularly liked this weeks with the neon tubes. I also loved the host of the show. He's like the enthusiastic teacher you always wish you had.

I had a go at it myself, as I was thinking of adding it to one my web sites. But as it doesn't really fit with the site so I decided not to in the end. But I had a lot of fun creating the finished sign.

here is my attempt -

I expected to see something that was going to really suck, but damn! That's really nice man! Way to go! Good job! You should send that to bert@revision3.com and see if he shows it on the next show or something.

HI...thats not a Wacom Tablet he is using....its a Wacom Cintiq 21 UX Pen
Display. I have a tablet, would love a Cintiq but it costs around $3,500 - 4,000 and no way worth that price.

Is it just me, or does that tablet seem hella laggy? That would really annoy me if that's really how it acts. Maybe it's just the way the video is recording it or something, but it seems like it's trying to run photoshop with a really old video card or something.
