They have such cool scientific topics and news headlines and such. But sarah and that other chick *especially that other chick* just retard and ditz it all down to nothing. Its like listening to two mtv plagued teenage girls talk about science. I was dissapointed

Why are you starting with the marshmellows? It's going to be a long fire, I brought hotdogs!
criddopher, unfortunately, popsiren has never claimed to be a source of intellectual conversations. Now, the "other chick", let's call her say "Jessica". Jessica sometimes bothers/annoys me with her comments, similar to the way my mom does. It's like she half way understands it, but then makes some absurd connection to something else, which no one can follow. You didn't say if you've only watched all of them so far or just one, but I would recommend if you just started, watch another episode or two. If you feel the same way, just stop watching... oddly enough, I feel like you don't understand the basic concept (poking fun, cause it's ironic.) of pretty much how anything, including shows, work. If you really don't like something, stop watching/listening/doing it. If you like it, continue to do so.

no one is telling you to sit and watch something that you dont enjoy watching. if you dont enjoy it just say no.
I'm seeing lots of complaints about how Sarah and Jessica ruin the show with their "ditzyness." I honestly think it adds a nice characteristic to the show. I don't think they're ditzy, however. I think they add a fun factor. It's nice to have Kiki get really scientific and complicated for us to turn around and look at Sarah and Jessica give us some comic releif.
I'm just saying that I don't think they're ditzy. I'm saying they're funny - they seem like real people. Not the scripted lets-read-a-piece-of-paper-to-satisfy-the-audience kind of people.

Sorry to hear that. Hmm, I'm just not sure I understand. Could you give me any examples of moments that came off badly to you?

i know i don't have to watch it. I like sarah. I remember her from techtv and she typically understands most tech and science related topics. Jessica just acts way too dumb. Which then rubs off on sarah.
Either way one of the posts in here had asked what the viewers think of the show. I was disappointed and that ^ is why. I guess I did miss something if that is what the show is supposed to be like. I didn't intend to offend others who like it. I just was letting the people on the show know what i thought of it, since they had asked.
good talk.

Yeah I just watched the show about Leds, thats what caused me to post. Its just jessica acts so clueless. Around the part when you guys were talking about the new species of animal for example. I deleted the file i can't recall exactly what was said. But she was acting completely lost on the subject. Almost the whole time she does.
Like I said though. If thats how the show was intended to be then I misunderstood the summery of the show on the main page. I don't mind a little comic relief but jessica takes it too far, or she really is clueless. Sarah at least I know she is just adding some comedy, I can tell she really knows whats going on for the most part. Just from past experiences watching her on techtv i know that.
Jessica was on techtv also if I remember correctly. I didn't like how she seemed to never know anything about what was being talked about then either.

it's a new show - it's got a long way to go but it's got potential.
i will admit to not being a huge fan of jessica sometimes, but sarah, kiki and neha are great.

I would have to agree with the comments thus far relating to this apparent "dizziness" of the co-presenters.
Let me just say that I do enjoy the show, I think it's really filling a void where internet TV needs to enter before moving onto more projects that will break down greater barriers (e.g. drama, movies etc made by indie directors- Alex Albrecht always says he's an actor, why doesn't he move onto something with acting involved?).
However whilst I am pleased to see that Rev3 is moving in this direction, I think it needs to be polished (or maybe I am just bitter for never having recieved my T-shirt for being a paid member?)
First Point:
You can't please everybody, especially in cases such as this where you're trying to apply one formula to a global audience, I for example am a geek/Med student living in North West England.... not the person the producers are thinking of when they write down ideas, so I don't expect to be rolling on the floor in stiches every episode. You have to sacrifice in some places to get the right mix- you'll always want a more diverse audience, but you need to decide who you want first and go for that- at the moment it seems a little too much like you're trying to get everybody's love at once, and I feel it leaves me as well as others with a slightly bitter taste in our mouths, the effect it has on quality seems close to tangible.
The humour in this show is, I feel, not a natural fit for the presenters/hosts, I still smirk at the occasional comment but often the presentation and style lacks the any sense of sincere verve, something which you all clearly have in this business but may seem to mask with limp jokes- there are some notable exceptions, the spoofs/parodies you make seems to work better for this (if my judgements are correct).
Solution (in my mind)- approach the presentation with more honesty, it doesn't seem genuine enough to me and it's very off-putting. Is it all written by others? How involved are the hosts in the writing? Maybe thinks will settle into place on their own over time but I feel at the moment it needs more compatability between the shows taste and that of the hosts to gell together nicely.
Second point:
I would like to know what your target audience is for this show as it never seemed to be defined- ok you could go for a basic "anybody who wants to know some odd stuff" but that's a varied demographic.
Third point:
It occured to me yesterday that this show's format would really suit other revision3 titles that may be less well tailored for their own spots- take for example Webdrifter, I like the show (I love the introduction sequence alone), but it feels overstretched to find a new hot topic, and make it last a full 20 minutes. Perhaps with segments like Webdrifter being integrated into the show the quality overall could be maintained at a high level without the demand for new content that's required by having the same rigid format each episode.
[Disclaimer: I thought this idea would be unpopular, but I just feel it has to be said]
I realise I have presented with a rather somber post here, but believe me when I say it really does show a lot of promise and I am happy to see that Revision3 has made a show like this.
I love that science has been presented in a more fun way
I love the topics covered (90% of the time) - even if the style isn't my thing
I like the depth gone into in most topics- not too much, and just enough discussion to make it interesting
Good luck with the show, I already have it on my Zune (Yes I know England isn't supposed to have them yet but I love it) and look forward to new episodes.

The OP is trolling. If Sarah hadn't responded, I would have deleted it. Not only is the post personally attacking Revision3 personalies, it uses offensive derogatory slander. Both of these practices are against forum rules of conduct.
