Amazing show Brian, loving every episode. One thing I've been into recently is opening bottles is in ways that others would never think of (and therefore be impressed). The lighter tricks thread inspired me to think of this... What if you did a show on a bunch of impressive ways to open a bottle? A few I've been doing: Lighter, another unopened bottle (I like this one, super handy), phone book, bench, teeth (hate it)...

These aren't scams by any means, but I think this sort of thing would suit the show if done occasionally.

1000 ways to opena beer bottle.

I suggested something similar a couple of days back in a different thread.

In the new issue of Good magazine, they show you how to use a dollar bill. It's pretty much the same way the video used a piece of paper. You have to fold it the same way.

I can't believe that girl used her teeth... argh!

I can't believe that girl used her teeth... argh!Nothing magical about opening a beer bottle ... its all about leverage, you can get creative about how you create that leverage tough. Popping a cap with your teeth is OK if you do it the right way, but is very easy to do it the wrong way and cause some damage. Not recommended :)

I have a ring thing. People love it. It's always fun when somebody instantly recognizes what it is. True party brethren. One of them was my college counselor. Good times.

Actually, on that note any ring made of hard metals (such as titanium) will work.

That's true, but a ring in the shape of a bottle opener is a great conversation starter. Especially when it's a girl who recognizes what it is.
