I would like to Nominate 3 masters of the web.
Rich "Lowtax" Kyanka
Headmaster of SomethingAwful.com
Max Goldberg
Creator of YTMND
Moot
Headmaster of 4chan
Love or hate these websites, they've done a lot to shape modern web culture and are responsible for either starting or perpetuating almost all of the now classic internet memes that are floating around out there.
You could ask Lowtax what it was like to have his ass kicked by Uwe Boll. Talk to him about what it was like to be "Internet Famous" enough to get a guest slot on Rifftrax with Mike Nelson of MST3k fame.
Ask Max what it's like to run the biggest depository of old recycled internet memes and the horrors of moderating such an easily accessed user-generated content site. Also, the debate on YTMND as "Art".
If you actually get Moot, you'll have to ask him about 4chans "Random" board and all the the insanity born from that. (Scientology Raids, Pedobear, Party Vans, Soup, and doing it "for the lulz")
