Hey folks,
Just wanted to post an update, and a request concerning the YouTube player used for embedding YouTube clips into your posts, here on the forums.
First off, you may have noticed one minor new addition since last night. You'll now noticed a http://computerhelpforum.org/images/ytube.gif image in the text editor, when writing your post. Instead of having to type the [youtube] tag out every time, you can just click that button, then paste the YouTube video ID between the brackets.
The second reason I'm making this post is to ask a request. As you know, we recently updated the player, and haven't really had much time to publically test it after making the new script. What I would like everybody to do is use the player as much as possible over the next day or two. This will allow us to load-test the script to see if it can hold up to traffic, and if not, will allow us to do some tweaking to it, so that it can.
If you have any questions, comments, or changes you would like to see regarding the player, please post them below.
And for those who may be new, and need more info on what we're talking about, see this (http://revision3.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3215), and this (http://revision3.com/forum/showthread.php?t=17246) thread.
Thanks,
Shane
