The gf and I were at the grocery store and I remembered wanting to try out the artichoke dip recipe. I've had a variation before but after seeing how easy it was to make I figured it'd be easy enough to do on a lazy Sunday afternoon. We picked up what we needed and set home to begin.
She chopped up the artichoke hearts.

Mixed it all together, used 3/4 cup of Mayo and only half the can of peppers.
