Well, that episode was 20 minutes of my life I wish I could get back.
Let's see:
*yawn* miscellanous stuff...
Dr. Kiki:
"betcha never thought something so good for you like water can kill you!", followed by some blah blah blah stuff about cell structures. -- yeah, I just can't wait to try that AC current powered bulb in the water trick at home. It was so amazing. :confused:
Light Sabre:
The interview with that dude was a total bore: "well, basically, its' made of this drain pipe, and I attach this special machined part...but you can really use anything..." And there was that bit about "oh, that's just a special LED and heat sink (like I can just pick up one of those puppies at my local Wall mart??". "Finally, you attach this plastic tube -- just get it at your local plastic store -- oh, the coating? you can just use regular electrostatic plastic" -- wtf??? :eek:
I guess they realized that that interview was a bust, but being too cheap to throw out that footage, they tried to save it with Neha's DIY version. What?? it must weigh about 50 pounds...and there was that little bit about the plastic tube again....I can get that where?? Oh, and it was totally believable that Neha knew what size nipple she needs to buy for this project. It totally didn't make me think that one of the dudes made it for her, and she just explained it.
hmm, overall, it looks like you guys are running out of topics for the show...already???
...maybe if you somehow alluded to the fact that there will be a "nip slip" in a future episode, you might get me to keep watching... but for now, sionara!
