It gives me more of a "classy" vibe. The bottom almost looks like a kids toy to me. What do I know though?

I am leaning more to the top due to the fact this is what I want my touch to look like. I want them to match. :D

Sorry - neither. I like the overall effect of the bottom one except for one rather large feature ... the red rim around the LCD. That blows the deal for me.

Top one with the all bright red resembles a cheap kids toy or a tacky purse with no strap.:confused:

Actually, I like full on prowler with a carbon frame around the LCD.
