be nosy and ask personal questions or just let things happen and unfold?

Me?, I am to shy to ask anything personal really unless I get to know people better. :D

Online it is easier to ask questions and get to know people, but in person I probably wouldn't since I am a very quite person.

Awesome fund btw!
I'm thinking of putting up a "I want to dress like a douchebag because I want to fingerbang chicks" fund.

It depends on the situation. I for instance wouldn't ask my teacher if she had a big black cock in her if she's happy one day after being nasty every other day of the year.

can't think of another scenario. =/

It doesn't have to be one or the other. You almost never want to start with a personal question, but if you have one in mind, ask an open ended question that allows the person you are asking to demonstrate how personal he or she wants to be. Then guide them to the specific info you are looking for. Most people like to talk about themselves, they just don't like to be forced to.

Depends on how well I know the person.
