I have a low wifi signal; this is unfixable. therefore, I can't watch (seemlessly) the "HIGH" stream of podcasts. When I click "LOW", the page only reloads and plays the HIGH version again, which stops to cache incessantly.
Is there some trick to watching the "LOW" stream of rev3 podcasts on the website by clicking "LOW"?

Just download the episode, problem fixed. Also, try it in a different browser and see if that helps. Try clearing your cache and cookies in Firefox and see if that helps.

this.. used to be a bug but was fixed a while back. Can you please try clearing your cache and cookies as suggested above?

ok, i just cleared everything. the problem still is there -- i click 'LOW' and the page reloads and plays the high version. ....and downloading takes 3 hours. screw downloading, i should be able to play the 'LOW' version from the flash player

Could you copy and paste the embed code that you get after you've clicked on the "LOW"?
Thanks.

If your embed code has 800kbps.flv just change it to 400kbps.flv and save it as a .html file and open it w/ your favorite browser. Ugly hack, but it is a workaround if you absolutely cannot get it to load the "LOW" version.
"Low" version is working fine on this end.
