Possibly you could delve into the more extreme overclocking next such as custom voltage mods. unlocking cpu. Waterblocks and air cooling. That last bit may be more a tekzilla thing though.

Revisit those soldering segments, applied to PCBs for the purpose of modifying voltage output from the regulators and the like... there are even relatively simple so called 'pencil mods' - rubbing a graphite pencil across some resistors and thus changing its output.
Since OCing has gone mainstream, there's no longer the technical challenge to achieving the seemingly impossible. Let's restore that by getting a step more technical!
