Is anyone else hyped up for Will Smith's next movie "Hancock"? It looks awesomely cool and totally hilarious. It hits theaters July 2nd.

I like the idea of it but I just don't know. I'll wait and see.

Could be another Super Ex-Girlfriend
Great concept, mediocre movie. It seems Hollywood hates plumbing a concept

i saw the trailer a loooong time ago and completely forgot about it, but yeah it looks really cool. i love how its not the "superhero stereotype" and its more of a real person with powers kind of deal

Well, now that he's a Scientologist, he will be unbelievable as an actor to me, much like Tom Cruise. Aside from that, it appears to be an EXACT duplicate of Super Ex-Girlfriend: two-dimensional characters in stereotypical situations in a poorly written story. I really, really hope this movie is a flop.

He hasn't been confirmed as one, but, if he is, at least he's not going around spewing insane shit, like Tom Cruise. I can't stand people who force their religions on others the way Cruise has. If they'd cool and shit, then I don't care. As long as Smith doesn't start telling people they're stupid the way Cruise has done, why dislike the guy?

I saw the latest trailer and while the original part still seems hilarious, the new scenes that seems like they come from the "second half" don't seem as good and makes it seem cheesy.

Yeah, they cut down that rumor on "Showbiz Tonight", yeah I actually saw that. :D He likes the Cruise's as friends but isn't a Scientologist.

I'm with lavahot, I fail to see any humor in this beyond Jason Bateman.

No, if I get hyped up I know I will be disappointed.
