Kevin mentioned this on Diggnation a few months back and there was a thread here as well. Basically he was getting too busy and someone else now has the cat, but Kevin has visitation rights.
The dog in the house said that cats are evil.
Glen used Kittles stomach lining to make vegan sausages.
It only clicked after he'd killed it.

Didn't he say Glenn has her now? For Kevin to get a cat with his schedule was a poorly thought out decision.
I actually don't care for cats, but love my Yoda. He's 22 years old.

I had a cat that was 19 had to put her to sleep got ran over. :(
Had 2 others that were around 15 a dog got one and the other got really sick and had to be put to sleep. :(
I say around 17-25 year average life span for a cat. Some can grow to be over 30.

they have 9 lives right???
most of our cats we had were out at the ranch. they were barn cats, but did a great job keeping the rats away. i remember them being around a long time but there is also alot to hinder their life expectancy outside. snakes, coyotes, and stuff

If they got to the age of 30, they would be more of a floor mat than a cat then.

The ones who live to be really old are usually indoor cats and well taken care all medical needs taken care of and stuff it is rare they get that old though. I have heard of quite of that have reached 20+.

Athena is an indoor cat and very healthy and since she is so laid back in her personality and almost nothing phases her I am betting she will live past 20(and I hope she will ..erm if she stays healthy for that long and I think she will)
Moms cat is 13 and still healthy even though she has a diva personality and easily stressed.

I love cats. My mom has two and padre has one, and this one is my favorite cuz she's soooo fat.

If she's your favorite, excuse me for saying this, but she needs to lose weight or she will die younger than she otherwise would. Fat cats rarely live past 15. A cat that's 15 pounds and should be 10 pounds would be like adding half your weight to your frame on top of what it is already. That would be bad. She needs to be a healthy weight so she can live longer.

I know she does my mom buys Iams weight control food but it doesn't seem to work very much, and I always tell my mother to play with her to get her moving and stuff, but she doesn't give it much of an effort.
