Ok, so we got a sneak peek at some of the words Sarah and Jess love and hate, but which words highlight your lexicon?? Here's mine:

Favorite:
glossolalia n. - Speaking in tongues; speaking a language one does not know, or speaking elaborate but apparently meaningless speech, while in a trance-like state.

Hated:
It's not technically a word I suppose, but I can't stand it when people use the term "convo" instead of "conversation"....it irks the crap outta me, lol.
If I had to pick a real word though, it'd have to be mucus *cringe*.

Also, if you signed up for a Wordie account, post it here!

Ok, I know I hate MY word (I refuse to say it again), but both of your words are pretty bad. Puce! Mucus!

Thanks to you, fellow wordies!

my favorite words are:
soiree- an evening party or social gathering, esp. one held for a particular purpose

-and-

capricious- subject to, led by, or indicative of caprice or whim; erratic

my least favorite word:
ubiquitous- existing or being everywhere, esp. at the same time; omnipresent

mainly because I have never needed to use it.

Of course, it would be horrible if puce mucus was ubiquitous.

(I wonder how long I can keep this going :p)
/me needs more hated words.

Flustrated
bastarcize
and least hated, favorite:

Limesided (as in, we don't want to get limesided by something we are not prepared for.)

I can't stand the words "doily" and "galore."

A favorite word is "curmudgeon," which might not come as a surprise.
