I downloaded the show at my usual 1.089MByte/sec. I also downloaded Tekzilla at the same speed. I am on Comcast's 8Mbit/sec package in Denver, so I maxed out my connection, just like always.

IDK what problem i was getting, i used the torrent and im getting better speeds now

I think for this most recent episode I was getting around 300kbps average on the HD version.

DownloadThemAll Firefox extension, just incase my internet kicks out I can resume it. I usually get 300kbps without the manager too.
