That would about sum up my thoughts, as well as my thoughts on the Gran Turismo franchise. I still remember playing Nascar like '96 or so with my uncle and I would ram the other cars and he would get mad as I wasn't racing "right". If I can't do whatever I need to do that is not glitching or cheating than it is a boring game.
It's just like people who get all up in arms if you bump them online in a game like Forza or PGR, get over it.

But, are you the kind of guy who bitches when I find a sniper spot in COD4, and anhiliate you 21 kills becuase you can't get to my spot? Because, if I find a good spot and you can't get to me, then it sounds like a personal problem.
Nascar punishes you it's self, its no glitch, you'll just get black flagged, go a lap down and finish last, and thats fine? You aren't racing right, which is fine. They have rules. Follow them.
If someone has a legitimate review for Nascar 09, please let me know. I think it's a fun franchise, and a difficult one.

Actually I am not that kind of guy. I can 99% of the time find a sniper and kill them in COD 4. I also despise when people complain about a gun being used in a FPS game. It seems like every game I play in COD 4 someone complains about the snipers, shotguns, GL's, P90s, M16s, ect.
And if the game punishes me, then there should be no complaining when I run into people. However back then I remember doing so and nothing happening, at least not while we played multiplayer.

Just a little hint:
If you're playing a "simulator style" racing game, then bumping people off the road is always frowned upon for the simple reason that it's not clean racing, no matter if the game actually enforces such rules or not.
Unless, of course, you're playing with a group that has decided on their own set of rules, or lack of rules for that matter...
