Anyone else buy the new Karts? I got it at midnight last night and so far I think it's awesome. The online play is very good... it works very very well. It is lacking a few features, but it functions very well so I'm not going to complain too much. I'm obviously a big Mario Kart fan, so for me this is huge... it's so awesome that I can race all my friends now online. Plus it's great that it works superbly... I was afraid at first that it might not function so well, but that's not the case... I've had no issues and the online gameplay plays just as good as it does offline. So anyway, if anyone wants to race, give me a shout... my code is 4854 6826 0381. Now back to my racing marathon.

The rubberbanding in this game makes it almost unplayable for me unless the items are turned off. Its really quite terrible.

If you don't start moving until about 30 seconds after the race starts, you're pretty much guaranteed to win first place. My friend and I tried this many times online last night and it worked every time.

Mario Kart DS was perfection. This game is yet another reason for me to not get a Wii.:(
