It would have been correct if you had stopped at "...dromie" but with the addition of "/dromette" that's implying that us girls are not and cannot be your friends. Sabrina and I took the kids up Mount Mansfield in Vermont. We decided to get a sandwich at the top for lunch. All Emily would eat was PB&J. The PB&J cost 7 bucks.

I once paid 35 French francs for a 12 oz can of coke. That was about $7 at the time. Of course, that was outside the Louvre.

ROFLMAO! Yes, those are handcuffs! Wrought iron, bought them from a pirate booth at a ren faire. Certainly more comfortable than typical shiny police handcuffs. Those are buried in a box somewhere. But the pirate ones are comfy!

At the ren faire, dressed in my ren gown, during a raunchy scavenger hunt (one of the items was pubic hair, if that gives you an idea!) I managed to get stuck in them before we knew how they worked. I was there on a first date with a guy and teasing ensued. After the teasing, I knew the handcuffs had to come home with me! However, they're still waiting to be broken in. (And we're still dating.)

You know, I left those on the headboard intentionally to see how long it would be before anybody noticed them.

It's a Nikon D50 w/ Nikkor 24-120mm VR lens and a SB-600 speedlite bounced off the ceiling. We it's my turn to baby-sit, I just sit home and snap away. I got thousands of pictures.

While I do have a bit of the Patrick Norton stature and hair issues. I came to grips with looking like my Dad many years ago. Therefore, I don't get depressed when looking at my of myself. I don't post many pictures of myself on public forums because I'm a semi-public figure and perspective employer often do websearches looking for such things. You would do well to remember that when posting picts of drinking or other naked acts.

Remember that a lot of how you appear in photographs is governed by the conditions of the photography. The camera can sometimes lie about your true appearence. If you don't like the way you look in a picture, it's becuase it is a bad picture. You may reserve the right to burn any of these you some across.

Hmmmm, I don't get depressed, but sure I see my flaws and shortcomings like everyone else. I usually try to focus on the things I like about myself, when I post my photo whoring picture you'll see. Like your hair, you like your hair obviously and it's beautiful. But really, if you don't have a good self-image about yourself there aren't enough compliments I (or anyone else) could give you to convince you that you look fine. You know you look great, you just need to reinforce to yourself what you already know.

I too need to lose some weight...I'm already down 25 lbs. but I have at least another 45 to go. I just generally try to love myself, regardless of what others might think and focus my attention on the things I like about myself. I'm not everyone's cup of tea; I'm not blonde, I don't have flowing locks, I'm not a size 4 with double D's...but I'm somebody's flavor. While it's nice to be complimented and adored I've always felt that I don't need a whole bunch of people falling over me, just a few will do, heck, really just one (whomever proves to be my soul mate :) ).

So stop throwing up. Lose the weight in a healthy way. Me and my daughter were watching this doc on HBO called Thin, about women with eating disorders and she looked at me and said, "Mommy, it's better to be fat than to throw up." An overly simplifed view of course, but I'm so glad she feels like that now. Out of the mouth of babes. Ok, I'm feeling Dr. Phil-ish.

Oh, and btw..there is a certain segment of the male population who love women with a little meat on their bones. I will proudly say that I fall into the segment of the population that like a woman to have curves. I like nice breasts, I like clevage, I like that when you have nice breasts and the clevage they create, it means you have a round ass to balance out your body. If there is a little padding in other places - it doesn't matter, its all about the whole package. I like a woman to feel soft when she is pulled up hard against you.

As much as we (as men) might like seeing a tight body in a bikini, if you truly love women, you want to be with one that LOOKS like a woman, and not one that looks like a 12 year old boy.

(Oh yeah - according to BMI standards, given my height, I should be 180lbs ... yeah, right. But I am trying to get back down to something a little healthier for my heart).

I'm pretty diverse. I'm a geek, I've dressed up at Trek conventions, I got to rock concert, travel to lots of places, know about many cultures, but I grew up and live in the an urban, inner city so the term might sound ghetto to you, but it's a compliment in the specific setting I described. That's just to say, this is me and some of what I say might not apply your world....you might get thinking and logic from me based on my experience (and vice versa). A "ghetto" comment might come out because that's where I'm from. Plus, Aria needs to think outside of the box, the untrue myth that you have to be super skinny to be desired/be happy. What some men find fat, others, like yourself don't.

But I know you didn't mean it as a dig, I'm just chatty and very long winded today...sigh. I try to put a cap on it, but sometimes I just get going and can't stop.

I completely understand not liking to look at pictures of yourself. I personally think that I am one of the most unphotogenic people in the world. Which sucks, because that's what I want to do for a living. I want other people to look at me on film or stage... but I can't stand to look at myself. What's even worse is seeing yourself on the silver screen. Because believe me. You think that your pictures look bad... try watching yourself bumble across the screen 15 FEET TALL and about 10 FEET WIDE!!! Blech. But in the end you just need to get over it. It really doesn't matter what YOU think about yourself. It's how others procieve you. That's why when it comes time to get in front of the camera, I just think that I am James Dean or George Clooney (2x sexiest man my ass) because it transfers on film. You act confident, you look confident and sexy... even if that isn't how you normally feel.

In person, I'm painfully shy when meeting people and nearly hyperventilate when walking through groups of people I don't know well. At work, I'm known as the shy redhead who never says anything. It was nothing short of a miracle that I went to the launch party alone, though I nearly left early from fright. Only after a bunch of drinks did I decide to stay. Because I was too drunk to drive.

I got them from seeing Spy Kids 3D in the theatre. I can't even remember the movie, but I'll still use the glasses every once in a while if Jimmy isn't using them first, which he was in that picture.
