Anyone using Ning?

Hopefully this won't get seen as spam, because I don't mean it to be. Just wondering if anyone here is using Ning or has even heard of it.

I was reading this month's Fast Company magazine and one of the founders of the site was featured on the cover.

Ning is a site where you can set up your own social network on whatever topic you want. I just signed up for an account to look around and see what it's all about. Seems like a cool idea.

So, anyone else on there?

I have an account and belong to a couple networks, but haven't set my own up yet.

I'm still sifting through all the available networks. How active are the networks you belong to?

They're fairly active, especially the chats and somebody is always uploading something, but that probably varies from network to network
