Sure he helped write Robocop 2. Then he got the shaft because it was too gory. for those who didn't know he brought out i believe a 6 issue mini-series through Avatar Comics, that showed what he thought Robocop should be. well at the end of the month comes the TPB, hardcover, all 6 blood filled issues. So JLo...if you could...review that b!tch. Not because i want to wait and see if it's worth the money, I just wanna know what you or Dan think of it.

I'll do you all one better. I'll review the damn thing now. I read the individual issues as they were released by Avatar. And guess what? Like most of Avatar's licensed books...

IT WAS SHIT! So I just saved your ass some cash. What's worse, Avatar feels the need to print each of their substandard books with about 20 variant covers each so I bought one of the issues twice thinking it was a different book. REALLY f'ing annoying. Stear clear my friends. If it was one of Miller's prized works we would have heard about it LONG before now...

Miller wrote Robocop 2 and then by the time it was filmed it was nothing at like his vision and he spent nearly every day on the set trying to get the filmakers to see what they were doing was wrong and then they offered to let him write 3 and he did but rarely stepped foot on the set and the bastardization of another script made him hate hollywood and lead to the Sin City books getting done. He was never fired for anything being to bloody (the first movie has far more gore and blood than the others) and the funny thing about the Frank Millers Robocop series is that its based on scripts for the movies and oversaw by Miller himself but written by Steven Grant.
