I watch so many tv shows that it damn near impossilbe to make a list but here we go.
1. The Office
2 Heroes
3. Studio 60
4. Meerkat Manor
5. My Name is Earl
There are so many shows I want to cram into that top 5 thats it not fair, but if Everwood was still on it would definately be in my top 5. I cant wait to watch it at night off the DVR, I just wish I had watched this show while it was on the air, damn CW canceled it for 7th Heaven and a bunch of shitty new shows that have already been canceled.

1.Lost
2.The Office (Lost and The Office are easily my top favorites, I'd give up all other TV just to watch the two)
3.Prison Break
4.Battlestar Galactica (just caught up, its such a breath of fresh air in the action drama genre, it actually focuses more on the overall story than individual episode cliff hangers)
5.Heroes (if in a few more episodes I don't start seeing some story progress, I'll have to stop watching)
Very honorable mentions:
Dirty Jobs with Mike Rowe, surprisingly hilarious
Jeopardy!

5.Heroes (if in a few more episodes I don't start seeing some story progress, I'll have to stop watching)
I love that Heroes is in your top 5 shows AND your considering dumping it because the story isnt progressing fast enough but Lost is your favorite show.
For those who have watch War at Home with Michael Rappaport on Fox, it's a funny show. It's very Married with Children, Malcolm in the Middleish. If any one has seen the show tell me what you think. :D
While I still like Family Guy, American Dad and the Simpsons alot, I think The War at Home is the best show on Fox on sundays and possibly the entire network. Its thats good.
Gilmore Girls
I just started watching this show in reruns on ABC Family from the beginning of the series and its really good, not as good as Everwood but still pretty good.

This is hard because I don't watch that much TV. My favourites are all old shows that I watch on DVD. The only TV show I really love that is still in production is Battlestar Galactica. I do watch shows like Heroes, Dexter, Monk and Psych but only on DVD or, uh, BitTorrent. My all time favourites, though, are:
1. Firefly
2. Battlestar Galactica
3. Arrested Development
4. The X-Files
5. Freaks and Geeks
But that may change.

Scrubs
Nip/Tuck
Family Guy
Iron Chef America!!!! (I love the Food Network)
South Park
A lot of shows on adult swim and the food network would be runner ups.

4. Veronica Mars
I've never seen the attraction of this show, even after watch the first few episodes. It seemed like just another emo teen drama. But you are not the only geek I've heard praising it. What is so good about it?
2. Quantum Leap
I do understand why this is on your list though. Quantum Leap was one of my favourite TV shows growing up.

Vincent D'Onofrio is just the s**t. He just makes the show. And prosecutor they brought now, Robin Givens. Oh Yeah!:D
Battlestar Galactica
Heroes
Studio 60
The Unit
My Name Is Earl
I guess that's the list. Since there's only 5, I had to make some tough choices and leave off shows like The View and that Ellen show.
I guess i read wrong cause if i go by what everybody's list then your all the same person.Dude. You asked for the top 5 among Geekdrome viewers. Is it any surprise that the same shows pop up over and over? The science of demographics. ;) It might start varying more if it's top 10.

You are probably the only person I know who is watching it. Everyone I tell to watch it, has no clue what I am talking about. I do like this show allot.
