this is about a minute and a half clip that I got from using my Sony cyber shot camera. The quality isn't that great, but you get the idea. I took it when they're walking up towards the stage. I was about the fifth in line And jack and Kyle did some pretty funny little things before they sat down to start. The only thing bad about that night was how much of a ****ing ***** the woman that ran the Virgin megastore was. She was screaming at everybody, only one item, no pitchers. which as usual, at most signings, but she was a real whore about the whole issue. I brought a Nacho libere DVD cover to get signed by Jack along with my CD, and I had to slip it in front of jack black when she wasnt looking. when she found out she started screaming. My niece is 10 years old. she has school and cant make the trip to the city. Jack's signed it.
It was very poorly organized by Virgin megastore with no line system up towards the front. they had six people at the table the same time, but is still cool to see The D in person.

Man. I love The D as much as anyone... but this thread makes me want to drink kerosene just so I can pee on your face and set you on fire.
That's the power of love! Can you feel it? :D
that really is pretty damn awesome zim. mad props yo
that's similar to how i talked to Del Tha Funkee Homosapien (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Del_tha_Funkee_Homosapien) on AIM for like an hour yesterday. he was talkin to me all about his career and his new album and shit--news that aint even out yet. i was just tryin not to go apeshit fanboy on him. since no one knows him this probably falls on deaf ears, but it's okay. yesterday i lived a small part of every fan of anything's dream!

That's really neat! I love Del. Can you share any swanky info?
I felt the same way when I talked to JLo for the first time on IM... then he threatened to rape my face, at that point I was like... "Oh, he's just human like you and me."
he was telling me about the new deltron album and how it was still going to be futuristic but they were going to go a whole different way with it. "it's still going to be futuristic, but not technologically advanced. more like mad max or fist of the north star." it was badass.
in his DVD they zoomed in on one of his AIM conversations on his computer, which i think they did by accident or just out of stupidity. that way all the fans got both Del and Casual's SNs, then he confirmed it that it was still his screenname on the recent "Hierocast" and he was "getting IMs from all over the world."
i need to find SuperJesus, he would appreciate this.

Anyone see them on Conan last night? I had no idea that Kyle Gass went to Julliard, let alone was the youngest person to ever graduate their at the age of 13. Interesting tidbit, makes me want to hear more of his guitar playing outside of Tenacious D (and not that choo choo train shit he did, that was horrible).
The bit with Conan's head exploding dude to the pure awesomeness of their rockitude was pretty good also.
