I have been saying " To infinity and Beyond ! " for years now, i put in profiles sometimes and it just randomly shows up here and there. In fact i just stepped on my Shuffle charger so i ordered a shuffle ( charger is $29 and new is $49 ) and i got the red one which lets you put a engraving on the back. Well after staring at the back of this thing for 5 or so minutes, the only blurb i could think of, was the first one that popped in my head. " To infinity and Beyond !"
So finally i asked myself where the heck i picked this thing up....

I've started saying "and your little dog too." after any statement ending with "you".
For example: "Screw you and your little dog too."
It took me awhile to remember that it was from Wizard of Oz.

It took me awhile to remember that it was from Wizard of Oz.We used to use a variation on that in high school ...
... "and the horse you rode in on."

At the end of a long day pulling into the garage, or when walking into a hotel room, I often say "home again, home again, jigga jig jig." I know it from Blade Runner, but have no idea where the original reference comes from.

"Any sufficiently advanced bug is indistinguishable from a feature."
- Rich Kulawiec.
Edit: Didn't read the closing of the original post until now, but I will let my quote stand anyway.

"Respect the cock! And *jumps off stage* TAME THE CUNT!" - Magnolia
I remember a bunch of little quotes from that movie, just things like when the cop is looking for his gun and goes "OH ****!!!" like 10 times or when the cokehead is going "JUST A MINUTE!" when the door is ringing...just so many memorable moments in that movie.

I've slipped "biorhythmic subconscious gymnastics" into some conversations before, sometimes I say that's what I do for a living. Only recently did I remember that it was from Chatterbox on GTA3, in one of the adverts.
One of my favorites quotes is "I do not regret the things I have done, but those I did not do". It took me several years until I watched the movie it came from, Empire Records and found out where it came from.

"I have dreamed a dream, but now that dream has gone from me"
-Morpheus, Matrix Revolutions
(bad though it may have been, the quote is awesome nonetheless)
From a song:
"Today young men on acid realized that all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration, that we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively, there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves. Here's Tom with the weather."
-Tool - Third Eye
"Even Hitler had a girlfriend, why don't I"

there's a lot you don't know about me-- things you wouldn't understand, things you couldn't understand, things you shouldn't understand. You don't want to get mixed up with a guy like me---
I'm a loner, Dottie. A Rebel.

I quote things all the time. Nothing as mainstream as anything yet posted, but the most obscure stuff. Somehow they just stick in my head.
I quote Cheers mostly. Anytime someone says something about eating something that is just wrong, or having a messy place. "Catch me eating spaghetti at his house." Woody says it when Sams' failure to sell memorabilia on tv lead the host to finally buy it and return it claiming, "I don't know a baseball from a meatball."
Like I said, obscure, but hilarious.

I'm the same way with Futurama. I like to say "Interesting if true." a lot. :)

not really groundbreaking in a any way... but I really like the quote at the end of batman begins.
gordon: I never said thank you.
batman: and you'll never have to.
the first, and few times after, I had gotten a chill of uberness from that line. totally rad... hoping the new one has even more lines that kick ass.
on a different note... "Shop smart, S. mart."
I always think of that when I see a Kmart, Walmart, or especially Petsmart...

my friends and I always quote an abridged version of a star wars classic:
My friend doesn't like you, I don't like you either!
I'll be careful..
You'll be dead!!

The phrase, "the other side of the sky" has always stuck with me. I think its from the end of Contact (the book).

It is a variation from a Mother Goose nursery rhyme.
To market, to market, to buy a fat pig;
Home again, home again, dancing a jig.
To market, to market, to buy a fat hog;
Home again, home again, jiggety-jog.

Mine's from Contact (the movie):
"OK to go. OK to go. OK to go..." Usually said to tell someone else (i.e., my brother) that there is no car coming so he can back up safely or whatever. It took me a while to realize where it came from.

I realize that is a new movie, But, (From Forgetting Sarah Marshall) I seem to say "God put our mouths on our head for a reason. No! " alot.
It wouldnt seem like it would come up that often...but it does..:D

Some day a real rain's gonna come and wash away all this scum.
If you could see your path through time, couldn't you change it?
Pharoah, it hurts to breathe.
Then what do you think you should stop doing?
Looking towards the future we were begging for the past.
and of course
SAY MY NAME BACKWARDS AND PLURALIZED!
