Noticed Show Updating Time Issue

I've been noticing that for each of the weekly shows, the new shows don't get onto the web and the rss feeds to update until about 45 mins or so after it was supposed to be released. Is there any reasons for this or just internet refresh issues?

Also, how much testing of the RSS feeds is occuring after a new episode is placed out because frequently having feed code errors after new episodes are released because of a unicode character issue. Might help to do the basic programming function of testing before or right after releasing using Windows and Mac computers.

I think it might be a purposful thing to prevent the hammering of their servers, just curious though do they play the episode first in their little cheesy live player and then release it after it has "Aired".

I have also written about this issue, My issue is exactly the same, I've tried using Miro and the Zune marketplace and the feed shows the new episode, and I manually update the feed but still nothing. Like you, it usually ends up being 45 minutes before it accepts the download.
