Freaky Firefox & mouse effect

Anyone had this happen to them?
I'm running XP & Firefox 2.0.0.14 and where ever I move my mouse with in the browser I can hear a buzz like a lightsaber. :eek:
does not happen on the desktop, ie or other programs.

Yes I have heard this before, I think i had a wireless mouse and low batteries, the buzzing was coming from my speakers. I can not remember what I did to fix it, might have been drivers or something.

I just dont remember it was a long time ago, and also with XP.
