Dear blog: Crash diet starts now and try to remember where I put my ephedra, but no taking eight pills at a time this time.DON'T DO IT ... crash diets using ephedra are a recipe for disaster, and rebound weight gain
Suggest you try the "replace two meals per day with Special K" type diet, and make the third meal something like a vegetable soup (I can PM you a GREAT recipe - low/no fat, high fibre, but gets in a good balance of vitamins).

you know that as soon as you come off the special K diet youre gonna regain the weight? and no fat a day is bad because you need some fat top produce energy

A diet that is high in fibre, while giving you the nutirents you need is why things like the special K diets work. It is also a question of the type of fat (and protein) you are consuming (saturated vs unsaturated vs monosaturated, etc).

It's odd, but when I add a candy bar a day to what I eat I lose weight, but then feel guilty for eating candy. My mom, a nurse of 20 years, says that I don't eat enough on a typical day, so my metabolism is slow because of it. And ephedra's worked for me in the past. I just stopped taking it after nearly killing myself taking eight times the daily recommended dose in an evening back in February.

This thread denies purpose. If you give it a purpose, it becomes pointless. But it's pointlessness gives it purpose. Confusing, huh?
