I was a huge fan of techTV. (insert paragraph of angry tirade about its demise here)

but moving on....I am thrilled to see rev3 flourish in this vacuum of tech related entertainment. As i was watching the last episode of Tekzilla, I realized that Rev3 has taken the crown from TechTV for, in my eyes, for greatest programing ever! Why? Because Rev 3 has a SOLID reputation for QUALITY tech news / internet culture / laser focused content...FOR ME!!! When i sit down at my desk at home, its Rev3 there to entertain and inform me.

Sorry for the perfect demographic email. What realy made me go to the Rev3 site tonight and post this, is that after the that last Tekzilla episode I thought "Where else would i find this stuff out? Not even on TechTV was programing so tight and geared right at me!"

You have out done your self's. I stopped watching broadcast tv about 2-3 years ago. Rev3 is EXACTLY what i want, any time i want it.

Since I am am far from a regular here, here are my personal critique..

Diggnation....duh! love it, its like surfing digg with your 2 buddys.

TekZilla...Best Tech news / reviews / tips show since ScreenSavers (but better then ScreenSavers)

PopSiren...GREAT!!!! not my USUALE type of show, but i love the randomness of it, and the buckshot 'hay you might like this' and i usualy do...and if i dont...I STILL WATCH. THAT is the sighn that the show is great.

Rev3 Gazette....GREAT, GREAT, GREAT!!! you guys are so cool, and so one the ball, with your finger on the pulse of EVERYTHING! that i love to see behind the curtain, to see you all as regular joes and Janes. By the way the making of your studio eps. was geek masturbatory material. That SUPER hardcore stuff can even be spun into another show. Imagine a show that needs a prerequisite just to watch. Like "Course 301, no explanation given... " the Pixel Corps has a podcast like this "Mac Break Tech", but they have watered it down, and lost the original point of the show.

The Digg Reel...not my thing. its funny. Its smart. its a great wrap of the digg video section. But I know what was there...because i was there. Maybe this IS the case that im such a Diggnation fan that i don't like Digg Reel because 'THEY' are not on it. THAT IS NOT IT. For me Internet video is the best dirty secret. its great becouse YOU know it, and then your SHARE IT. The all to familiar '2 girls 1 cup' phenomenon. A 'Best of' show defeats the whole idea of it for me.

System...Very cool. I am not a very DYI guy my self, but i love seeing what is done and thinking "hay maybe some day i can..." and even if i don't, it doesn't bother because i have shared some of the experiences watching this show.

The Totally Rad Show....pretentious. THIS IS A GOOD SHOW! But it doesn't feel its for me. its too slick and trying really hard to be funny. i want this show to be about 3 dude i knew and respect talking about stuff that i will like. But everyone is trying to hard, and it's gay! Sorry Alex but its just not my cup of tea.

Internet Superstar....(see The Totally Rad Show) but i love Martin Sargent on TechTV and Rev3 Gazette. I LIKE HIM. not the characters he plays. He reminds me of my self, obnoxious A-hole that tries to makes people laugh.

I totally see the "Well he is such a diggnation fan that he cannot accept that..bla bla bla" If that was the case i should HATE PopSiren. but PopSiren, Tekzilla, System, and Diggnation have one thing in common. sincerity and honesty....2! two things in common. (sorry for a little Monty Python humor)

I must agree. I have been really digging Tekzilla lately. (sorry for the punn). I didnt really watch it to begin with but 2 weeks ago i watched EVERY episode daily and weekly in one day and since i have been watching each episode as it has been released and I agree that it is probably one of the best shows i have watched. it is also in my opinion better than the screensavers since it is so reliant and geared towards the viewers which i love.

I respect your opinion and agree with most of it, but I'm actually really fond of TRS. Every tuesday I can't wait for the new ep. I DO feel like its a couple of buds chillin talkin about stuff they love, but hey, opinion is opinion. Not such a fan of Popsiren, but admittedly onlu gave it about 2 episodes. Sarah Lane is pretty cool but it's a little TOO random for me.

I totally agree about Veronica. A female point of view is really important for balance and fairness...okay and it helps that she is so frickin cute! Every time I tried to write about her i starting with how hot she is and then reminded myself that was not the point! But since cablegeek brought her up i thought i would add my 2 cents.

I love veronica belmont. I was so hoping for her to be the co host of tekzilla. I do think veronica belmont would have been a great addition to the screensaver or call for help. I do miss those days. Techtv was so cool that you could leave the channel on for hours and never get bored. Since we have rev3 now it feels like tech tv all over again. Even though I did not like the merger but without the merger we would not have rev3 or tekzilla.
