How to Cancel Membership

Hi there! I'm wondering if anyone has information as to how to have my monthly PayPal withdrawal canceled. I'm having a baby any day now and regrettably haven't had time to keep up with the podcasts, etc.

I've emailed two requests to Rev3's customer service email provided by PayPal, however my account has been deducted again recently and I haven't received a response to my inquiries.

My brain function has been pretty limited and there may be a simple answer, but I've searched the boards and the site and haven't found any information, so I appreciate any help I can get.

Okay, at first I thought you were asking Rev3 how to cancel your Paypal account.

What you're asking is how to cancel your membership to Rev3 and stop those automatic payments.

I don't know, but was just writing that to clarify and hopefully someone will have your answer.

Step 1) Log into PayPal

Step 2) Click the History tab at the top in PayPal

Step 3) In the "Show" drop down box, click "Subscription" and then select a date range that would include a payment to Revision3

Step 4) It will show a result for Revision3 Corporation (or something similar). Click the "Details" link for that result.

Step 5) On the Details page, at the bottom is a "Cancel Subscription" button.

Phew! You're done.

Of course, step 6 would be to come back and resubscribe after you have your kid ;)
