Our company takes several thousand photos each day and we use a portable device called a hyperdrive. When we did the testing our main concerns were speed and reliability. This unit has by far the fastest read and write speed as well as verification built in. Using multiple cards may be cheaper but if you don't want to carry hundreds of cards give this one a try. Also, you can save some money by only purchasing the casing and using your own IDE laptop drive.
