I did not see another topic like this for general computer setups..so mods if there is...my apologies and guess it can be merged(or moved if needed)

This topic is not about specs..it'sposting pics of your PC/mac

I saw one in the mac forums but it's for mac only..man I never been to forums where they didn't get this topic..they always understood the difference between the specs topic and the pics topic of computers in general

What software did you use to setup the bbs.. been looking at setting one up for a while to mess about with?

I set it up on a windows box using Synchronet (http://www.synchro.net/). I used Windows because I didn't want to spend an extra hour or so to install Linux, although I hear there is some really good BBS software for Linux and BSD. I wrote a guide for it if you're interested using a Windows box. You can read it here:
