Zippo "Twilight" trick

I seem to have been collecting tricks and scams lately and since I got a few great scams for beer from Scam school, I thought I would share one I do all the time to new people.

Now this may not get you a free beer, but I certinly use it to add some atmosphere before pulling a scam. I find people generally like being fooled, tricked and some times even taken for a beer or two.

I'm posting a you tube link because its a good version of how to do the trick.
The only point I would add is that if there is a lot of movement of air caused by too many people or even fans or an open window you likely wont pull off this trick.

Its really easy to pull off and people NEVER figure it out until they google or youtube search it :)

Yeah. I've always liked that trick. We had talked about doing an episode that was a collection of zippo lighter tricks, but outside of this one, I couldn't find many that I liked. Any suggestions?

Sorry fior the repost and unfortunately I dont have another cool zippo trick, there is the burning finger trick, but most people already guess you have lighter fluid on your finger tip before you start :(

The burning finger can be improved by overfilling the zippo and using the flick open/flick light combo. Burn your finger first to prove the lack of fluid. The flick light puts the excess fluid on the finger. Dont see how that would help, but its worth a shot.
