I use feeddemon to get my rss feeds and podcasts. This program syncs with NewsGator Online and basically turns over control of updating feeds to NewsGator Online. I noticed I haven't seen any updates from Rev3 in the past few days so I checked the status of the feeds.
All of the feeds on NewsGator Online are reporting "Error from the source of the feed" with the feeds last being updated on 5-27 or 5-28.
I'm just guessing, but are you guys maybe blocking access from them?
I've left a message with the NewGator Online support too about the issue. Here:

Maybe you guys do this already, but NewsGator suggest having RSS feed owners pinging them when you have new content. I don't fully understand what would be involved but they talk about it here:
