With work being crazy, I went off the grid for awhile, except for playing the occasional bit of puzzle quest / GTA IV. I come back to the world, and low and behold, meetups in New York. I almost missed it. What else has been going on?

wait in line for an hour
bouncer says nobody else is getting in
then bouncer says only 21+ getting in
then boucner says nobody else getting in, please go home
kevin and alex come out and say "we're trying to get everyone in"
the crazy girl next to me grabs kevin, hoping he'll fall in love EPIC FAIL
it starts to rain
Jay Adelson (spelling?) apologizes and says it's cool for everyone to go home
we wait anyway
we get in
DRUNKETY DRUNK DIGGNATION WOOO
Kevin and Alex go pee
Kevin and Alex walk around in the crowd and are instantly surrounded by hundreds of fans
hopefully the TRS meetup will be a little more chilled out :)

New shirt looks great. I've done the Diggnation meetup, and I think they need to invent a new name for that. I will say that the TRS guys are incredible gracious and courteous at fan events. So, I would say fear not. Though, I will say I am a little concerned that D&B will be pretty crowded on a Sunday afternoon. It should be fun though.

Live Diggnation in London you say? I may have to come this year since it was around my birthday last year. So if its around the same time, I got an even better reason to go.

Dude, I could so do that. You need to get the wife to let you travel to the states and go to PAX this year. It should be awesome! I am going to be there. End of August. Start thinking about tickets now.

It is well worth it. The whole place is beautiful, the people are great, the sports are ok, the food is ok, the museums are amazing. I went for the first time last year, and all I can say is that I will go again with hopes of marrying local and getting citizenship.
Well, I can dream can't I?
