Hi,
Is it possible to subscribe to a rss feed of a torrent feed to diggnation of tekzilla?
I use miro and would love if it would automatically download my favorite shows via rss and bittorrent.

while it normally is, our bittorrent service is currently down. Thank mediadefender and artistdirect.com:

I'm with ^

bring back torrents, bring back rss feeds for torrents!

why is the tracker still down weeks after the problem was figured out?

are torrents ever coming back? how long has it been since Rev3 knew exactly who was behind the problems?

I'm sure there are lots of other people out there that prefer to use torrents to direct downloads. I would watch more Rev3 shows if I could automatically schedule torrents to download, but I'm a lot less likely to do it if I have to install another program or manually download everything

Trying to be as patient as I can considering it wasn't their fault at all, but (no offense to anyone) but Rev3's CDN through Bit Gravity isn't nearly as fast, it only lets me download at about 1/4 of my connection speed.

It is better than it was though, before Bit Gravity would only give me around 25 KB/s down, I as able to get in touch with support@revision3.com and get it up to around 200 KB/s, still very shy of the 800 KB/s Road Runner gives me....

Damn you MD!

I found this thread because I get my Rev3 shows through Miro and would like it to use bittorrent whenever possible. It sounds like the torrent server is still down, so no go, huh?

But I had to comment on this. I get ~1400-2000KB/sec on my 20Mb FiOS connection. Yup, I'm downloading Diggnation #159 at that speed right now.

Correct. Unfortunately due to our current configuration we can't bring the bt tracker back so quickly. but if you're getting 80% efficiency on your home connection... I dunno how much extra bt would get you in the first place, over a single stream http.
