Something simple (at least it sounds simple). Could you start with the episode number first then the name of the episode in the title for the the RSS video feeds. I use Tversity to stream video podcasts (since MS hasn't added this to the 360 yet) to my 360. However since it is a stream it just sorts them by title which means it may not be the most recent at the top. Other podcasts I subscribe to have the episode number first in the title so it sorts nicely.

Sorry, we cannot accomadate this request. We have oodles and oodles of software on the backend that relies on our naming convention. If you're using an RSS aggregator, the aggregator should be able to use the GUID to sort.

Sounds to me like you seriously need a new developer if they've never heard of unique identifiers.

I didn't say that we don't use unique identifiers. Encoding workflows are a mangy beast if you've ever had to hand write one for a mixed environment with as many codecs as we do.
