Replace it with a tankless hot water heater. They heat on demand so there's no pilot burning all the time and you won't run out of hot water.

Here what mate, i think its time to forget the past, and move on. Those sketches may have had sentimental value, but i think it was time to let go of them :)

Tankless is at least worth a look. I don't know what the cost comparison would be. But tankless heaters take up less space and are more efficient than traditional.

It's a sign. An obvious sign that it's time for change, the change you and I were discussing on AIM just last night I think.

Sucks it had to happen on a holiday. Hopefully you can save your sketches.

I agree with the idea of tankless water heaters. They're efficient, and fast! You never have to wait for the hot water to reach you when you're taking a shower.
