Or more specifically draw comics? I'm thinking about putting together a comic. I have a story put together already. I just need someone interested in taking the time to draw the images. If anyone is even remotely interested let me know.

I highly recommend checking out this thread (http://revision3.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6715&highlight=write+draw). It's pretty much filled with people wanting to do the same thing.
Take a look at the work people have already posted, contact some of them, and maybe post something yourself.
Sadly, it seems like the writers are far more numerous then artists, so you are going to have to be pretty proactive.
