Possible New Rev3 Show - Starring Kevin Pereira and Sarah Lane

He hints (or basically gives away) that he will be doing a new internet show starting this July with Sarah Lane. Hopefully, this means that it will be a new Rev3 show, but we'll see what happens in the coming weeks.

most likely as I'm sure they wouldn't want Sarah going off and hosting a show for another company. A little sad if it's true, I don't like Kevin Pereira, though I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and hope that all his G4 stuff was written for him.

Sarah's ok. I wouldn't say she's as good as like Alex, Kevin Rose, etc. but I can stand her, I've absolutely hated Pereira in all the G4 stuff I've seen him do.

Kevin is an excellent host and Revision3 would more than have him on here. Like him or hate him, he is good at what he does.

Chatted with Kevin during AOTS (on Stickam, not IM), he's still keeping it all under wraps and I even think the big bosses as G4 may be left in the dark here.

I know Olivia has her own internet show already starting too, so there may be some grumbling by senior mgmt.

I don't eat pizza anymore since it gave me food poisoning and nearly killed me and besides that who goes to a place where waiters serve pizza.

No he is boring not funny tries too hard talks too much asks little questions then trash talks then behind someones back then when he interviews that person hides his tail between his legs.

I stated this a while ago about bad networks and bad hosts.

I said If I didn't like a certain food but someone else did I am fine with that but when someone eats shit I have a problem with it.

KP both serves and eats it.
You want KP keep him over at that network for 13 year olds.

Keep him away from Rev3 don't mix his kind with the quality Rev3 has now or it just takes rev3 to lower levels when it's trying to improve on the great stuff it already has...getting him is not an improvement.

Anyway, I think Kevin is hilarious and is very good at on-the-fly comments and witty remarks. I don't know what the old AOTS team of Kevin P and Sarah L are doing together, but I'll surely watch it without a doubt. I really hope the show is on Rev3 too.

Also, seriously Ryudo, think of it this way, just let the show exist on Rev3, okay? If it's hosted here, guess what, you have the choice NOT to watch it if you don't want to. But for us who do want to see it, we will enjoy it while you enjoy whatever you like. It's a win/win situation.

I don't really have an opinion one way or another about Kevin Pereira as I stopped watching G4 long before he became a host on The Screen Savers, but hopefully the show will be successful and he'll help attract viewers to Rev 3.

I have to agree with Ryudo on this one. that guy is not funny or witty. he is snarky. he comes off as having a "better than you" attitude.

now i don't think he is some virus that will destory Rev3 either, but i would be happier if he wasn't around.

My main problem with Pereira is AOTS... I hate him on it, but like I said previously I don't know if that is him coming up with his own stuff to say or if it's their writers. It's the same reason I don't like Adam Sessler, because XPlay has really stupid segments and dialog. I like Morgan, because I've seen her do other things that redeem her of that atrocity.

Not a big fan of him. Im betting he is cool in real life, but the persona he has chosen to project on TV is annoying. Has nothing to do with knowledge or professionalism, i just dont like his approach. If he would roll back the friction and just be more mature i guess, i would digg him. He is just barely below my tolerance meter.

Yea that was the conclusion i came too. At first i disliked him cause of the history, but thats history at this point. Now im just judging him on who he is. Very profession and experienced but like on AOTS he also has that friction with olivia. He had it with sarah, he has it with everyone he works with and i dont think its who he is, its his persona like i said, that he choses to project on TV/shows. If he would tone that down a bit and make his interactions more of a team effort on the screen then a push and pull mock fight, i would like him LOADS more.
