hey guys im a long time lurker first time poster. i'd like to start a videosharing site
im in england, london and not too sure where to look for video web developers. i'd also like to invest in creating video software.
where can i find developers in london? any help is appreciated.

It's always best to work with someone in your area so I suggest you look for people at your closest University. Nows the best time to look because students probably aren't that busy with school as most are probably out for summer break (thats how it works here in the States at least). You're likely to find a Computer Science student with enough knowledge to build the site. That and he/she will probably work at a lower price then anyone else you find (college student= starving).
If all else fails there are always sites like rent a coder.
