Ipod help

I got a new Ipod Touch and I put all of my song onto it. Well, my computer started to slow down for some reason so I reinstalled my xp. I forgot to backup my songs before I did that. Is there anyway I can get the song off of my ipod back onto my computer.

Do not connect to iTunes! You may accidentally approve of it removing all of your songs!

I recommend ephpod. I've had good luck with it. However, I don't know whether or not it works with the new iPods.

It wont ruin your iPod trying :)
