I wanted to embed an episode from In Digital in my blog but the handy (and ubiquitous) code to do so isn't available beneath the vid (ala YouTube and many, many others).
I was able to grab the code after viewing the page source and have it in last week's blog post (http://www.bayareapictures.com/blog/2006/11/fund-it-but-will-they-come.html) but shouldn't it be easier to spread the Rev3 goodness around?
Also, on the Rev3 home page, the only indication I'm signed in is the My Preferences box on the left side - no Welcome bayareapics or anything (like in the upper right of these forums). Seems a little odd for such a fantastic site.
Regardless, kudos to the team, great stuff here!

Hello,
It's best to just link to the video here, instead of downloading/hosting it on YouTube or something. We would like to be able to gather accurate stats of who is watching/subscribing to our content, and allowing users to download our content from other places throws this way off.
You're more than welcome to link users to the video that is hosted here, on the Rev3 site, as long as the video has been made public. For example, Diggnation is released to subscribers early. Please do not share links to a video that has not yet been released to the entire community.
Hope this helps. If you have any more questions, please let me know. :)

That policy doesn't make sense.
I believe PodZinger syncs Revision3 content, so does that mean they shouldn't do that so you guys can't count the stats? There are many other services out there that does similar things.

I was one who did the diggnation early for everyone, and then i got nailed for it, they gave me a cease and desist, j/k, i just made em happy and stopped doing it, i barely have enough time to blog anymore with work and the ladies and everything.
In otherwords, thow a big ass banner on your site that says "go here for indigital videos!" or something to that extent, and link it to the right page.
