Gary's 101 wines is a good one to have in the collection for sure...
I also recently read "The Billionaire's Vinegar" which tells quite a bit of history about Thomas Jefferson's wine prowess and specifically about the recent (1980s) surfacing of a number of TJ signature cellar bottles (1787-88 Margaux, Lafite, D'Yquem, etc...) which turned out to be fake. Great read... great history.
I ordered (on my Kindle - love that thing ;-) "The House of Mondavi: The Rise and Fall of an American Wine Dynasty" which I look forward to starting soon.
