This week, we look at censorship. What the f-beep-k is it, and why the f-beep-k does it happen to us?

Watch or download the episode here. (http://revision3.com/diggreel/censored/)

Wasn't Digg Reel released at 12pm Pac?

New time is now 3pm Pac?

They moved it because of Wine Library.

The episode in my opinion wasn't that good at all. The Photoshop Jack Sparrow and the Office War were good but all the others were just stupid. Just because a video gets a high amount of diggs doesn't mean you should show them. Also Andrew's hosting job was pretty bad. He was just over doing it with the cenorship blocks.

"The perils of becoming distracted in battle." is the same link as "Who knows If fads live up to the hype."

Digg's users must've REALLY been bored this week. This week's crop of videos... It's probably a slow week for Internet.

How is the Digg Reel avoiding the iTunes explicit tag with whole segments with repetitious use of C-U-Next-Tuesday?

I don't get how you guys decide to bleep things yourself. Some days Andrew is bleeped, others his audio gets the reversal, and I seem to remember instances where he wasn't censored at all. And while you bleep or obscure the f word in what Andrew says, it's left in plain view in this episode on one digger's comment.

So what's the policy you guys?

The folks at Revision3 need to decide who their audience is and censor (or preferably, don't) to match. Censor (or don't) same way, episode after episode. I find it tiresome and downright upsetting when the show editors bleep, sound-reverse or otherwise obfuscate what our pal Andrew Bancroft has to say.

Take a poll of this forum, do a focus group, whatever. Just make your decision and stick with it; that way your viewers know whether to unsubscribe or not.
