As summer kicks into gear, we’re proud to introduce you to Intern Row (http://www.internrow.com), a new blog that will be written, managed, and produced by the interns here at Revision3. Each one of our wonderful interns will contribute to the blog and it will be updated frequently.

Revision3 is a firm believer in providing opportunity and experience to those who participate in the internship program. We take interns from all across the nation and give each and everyone of them the ability to work on all of our shows from any and every direction; various responsibilities include shooting, editing, promoting, marketing and business development. Intern Row provides yet another opportunity for our interns to talk about their experiences while at Revision3, along with any related interests they may have.

You can leave comments and suggestions right here in the forums, all the interns will read them!

not to sound mean or a dick or anything,(though i know i am about to) but what is the point? looking over the blog it is just a bunch of random post by random people i don't know. why should i be interested?

if you are going to do this you should at least try to keep all the post on subject. otherwise it is going to be very hard to be interested.

Point taken. We are currently working on posts regarding our experience while working within the Revision3 offices.

I think revision3 fans can find a lot of cool little inside info that they might not be able to find elsewhere, that's where I see the appeal.

Why not make the blog into a video blog and have them posted in the Revision 3 Gazette or something like that?

There will be (and is) a lot of videos on the blog. The Revision3 Gazette will be a separate entity that we are working hard on!

cool. they get run through an editor first, so as not to give away any secrets?

and yeah, also not interested in random interns thoughts on how to make s'mores or what I did last summer or "I got a corn on my big toe"...

But keep it rev3 focused, and could be fun!

and also, encourage them to post on all the boards, not just an intern thread, Lots of us here have become "real" friends, no reason they can't join the whole party too... er... as long as it don't interfere with their duties...

Nose to the toadstool, er, grindhouse, er, touchstone, er, I mean Grindstone, kids... :D
