Here is the new James Bond trailer for Quantum of Solace. All I have to say is this is EXACTLY what I want to see in a trailer. Not too much revealed, just enough to get me excited about the movie. I can't wait for this movie.

I didn't want to watch it, but I saw the first half. The action looks very Bourne-y and I like it.

Looks awesome. Can't wait for this movie to come out. I love Daniel Craig. He's freaking sexy, and makes a WAY better Bond than Pierce Brosnan imho.

I definitely prefer Craig's Bond, but I think that Brosnan could have been on that level(though in a very different style) with better scripts.

I have been waiting 22 movies for them to link Bonds various escapades together, and this looks un-fricken-believable!

Craig has to be the best Bond since Connery - Brosnan may have been able to pull it off, but I can't see Pierce Brosnan getting the snot beat out of him with the great idiom that Daniel Craig manages. Craig turns getting beat up into an art form.

Was a good trailer. Bond seems much more darker now, not sure if I'm the only one who thinks that but compared to Casino Royale this looks like it will be a bit darker I don't know...just my thinking:cool: nevertheless this looks awesome!

The thing I am most interested in the choice of director, Mark Forster, who has directed Finding Neverland, Stranger Than Fiction, Monster's Ball, and The Kite Runner.

I love him, but I am slightly worried, because he has no experience with action scenes. I hope he doesn't go the Christopher Nolan or Paul Greengrass route and shoot everything very close up, with lots of hand-held shakiness and quick cuts so that its difficult to appreciate the action choreography.

That's my only worry. Casino Royale was very good, and this will probably be even better.

It took me forever to see Casino Royale on DVD and I really dug it. The Bond series had really been played out for me and I truly avoided Pierce Brosnan's Bond movies after Goldeneye. Like everyone else has stated I feel Craig plays a much grittier and more realistic Bond.

I'm definitely looking forward to Nov 7th, I won't wait until DVD like I did Casino Royale.

Even though I'm late for work - I had to jump on and drop the link for the second Trailer (2) to the new Bond Film . . . it gave me goose bumps because when I read about or think of James Bond 007, these are the thoughts I see . . .

this turns Bond from just a action hero to this action anti-hero who is bad ass. The last movie I didn't like at first because it was too - much drama. And then I realized they were making Bond human. And a human Bond who just doesn't give a shite is scary.

Hence Quantum of Solace has the potential to be the most bad ass Bond yet. Done right it could be the Dark Knight of the Bond series. I HOPE it is. That would do this series a great honor.

Bond needed a reboot. They had run out of original Fleming books, so going back and reinventing Bond made sense.

QoS looks amazing. There is something about explosions, car chases, epic fight sequences that gets that extra edge when you have the bond theme playing in the background.

Just remember - Daniel Craig was not the first choice for the new Bond ...

Some of those older Bond movies are great...some not so much. But, even fewer even remotely resemble Flemming's original novels. They should remake all the original Novels in this style in the proper order. The series could wind up with the spectacular restoration of "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" with Kiera Knightly as Tracy followed by the faithful and heartbreaking adaptation of "You Only Live Twice." It's not like they have to name then the same things. They could do it with a wink and a smile.
