If you haven't bought a GPS yet, you don't know what you're missing. I have an el cheapo $119 Garmin StreetPilot from TigerDirect. Everyday for my job, I have to drive to about 4 or 5 different addresses that I've never been before to meet with clients. Each night, I plug the addresses in (takes like 2 minutes), and the next day it guides me from place to place via the quickest route.

It's a safety device also because you don't have to watch for road signs to see which streets you need to turn down. It tells you in advance several times and right before you get to the turn. So you can focus on the road and defensive driving.

If I'm in a city I'm not familiar with and am craving a Cafe Mocha, I punch in Starbuck's in the built-in phone book and hit "go" and it'll guide you to the nearest Starbuck's.
